Kindly read the Instructions carefully before filling the Application Form.

1. The Form can be filled through a Mobile, Tablet, Desktop PC or a Laptop.  Kindly ensure these devices are logged in to a GMAIL Account, as the form will be filled through Google Form.

2. Filling of more than one form would lead to rejection of all your filled Forms.

3. Read carefully all questions asked in the Form and then enter the details accordingly.

4.  Kindly fill all details correctly.  If its found later that the details filled in the Application Form are wrong or should there be any discrepancy, the Form would be rejected.

5. The Form has four sections:-

• • Child's Information

  • Father's Information

  • Mother's Information

  • Siblings Information

After filling all the four sections, Click on SUBMIT and wait for a Confirmation Message.

A Email will be sent to you from MOUNT CARMEL Nursery with a copy of the Form.  In case if you do not receive the mail in your INBOX, kindly check the SPAM.  In case if the mail is received in the SPAM, move it to the INBOX and then download the Application Form.  It would take 15-30 minutes to receive the mail.  Kindly take a Printout once you have received the Application Form

6. Once the Form is filled, no changes will be accepted.  

7. The details about submission of Documents and Interaction with the School Management will be informed through WhatsApp / SMS on 30th December, 2024 after 3.00p.m.

8. Kindly do not contact any School Authorities or the HelpLine centre for any queries related to the admission of your Child.  The HelpLine Centre will only assist you in Technical difficulties with filling the form.  All information related to your child's admission will be intimated to you through Email, SMS and WhatsApp only.

Kindly note down the following:

1. All SMS will be sent through the Sender ID GLORIA

2. All Emails will be sent through MOUNT CARMEL Nursery (onlinekgadmissions@gmail.com) only.

3. All WhatsApp messages will be sent through 73049 25850. (kindly save this Number as Mount Carmel Nursery on your mobile phones).

4. Helpline No. 73049 25850.  The Helpline No. will only be available on Application Form filling dates for any technical assistance in filling the Online Application Form only.    Kindly do not contact this No. for any other Admission related queries.
